Peak season is Memorial Day thru Halloween. Two weeks notice required for
cancellation without penalty. Less than two weeks notice results in charge of one
night's stay plus tax for each room reserved.

enjoy the mountain breezes on a summer day or to sit and watch the stars at night.

All room rates are for double occupancy. Additional adults and children over 12
are $ 10 each/night. Well-behaved children between 5-12 traveling with their
responsible parents are $5 ea/night. The Inn is not suitable for children under
the age of 5. Friendly, quiet pets can be accommodated on the premises but not
inside the inn and not without prior arrangements. Rates include a delicious
continental breakfast of fresh fruits , warm baked goods, juices, teas, and coffee.
Saturday morning is our special "Sleepy Hollow" full breakfast with Omelettes, Pancakes,
or French Toast with Bacon or Sausage. Special "Theme" weekends have special
pricing and restrictions. Ask about our schedule of theme weekends.
